Thursday: 1.0 [2x5min Form Intervals & 4×30(30) 30/30s] & Shoulder/Arms Weights
Friday: CycloCore FTB Stretch (15min)
Saturday: 2.0hr E2 Aerobic Ride & Stretch
Sunday: 1.5hr E2 Aerobic Ride & Stretch
