Wednesday's Workout(s) 12/16

Another late workout,

  • Rollers 45min E2 (HRavg=145, HRmax=160) steady moderate effort watching Big Bang Theory Re-Runs
  • Bodyweight Circuit #1 15min
  • Stretching 15min

Hoping to ride outdoors Thursday.  If I can, I’ll push back Thursday’s intervals to Friday night.
