My hopes of serious training over the holidays are dashed. To sum it up, we went skiing for 3 days & 2 nights. I took my bike but it just didn’t fit into the trip at all. The kids learned to skii, I managed not to hurt my self other than the general soreness that is due anyone who skiis infrequently. Now I’m fat(er) and in worse shape. Great place to start I guess.
